Do you know that feeling — often restless, or struggling to concentrate on a task? Frequently losing important items, or putting things off until the last minute?

In psychology, this can point to Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition characterised by symptoms such as

  • inattention,
  • hyperactivity and
  • impulsivity.

With this test you can gain a better understanding of these symptoms and how they show up in your everyday life. Please note that this test is not intended to make a diagnosis.

However, you can use this test as a self-screening tool to track your symptoms. It can also show your doctor how your behaviour has changed from one visit to the next.
