Agoraphobia Test Online

Are you afraid of crowds, public places or situations where a quick escape would be difficult? Our agoraphobia test can help you gain clarity about possible symptoms.

Typical signs of agoraphobia can include:

  • fear of public places or large crowds,
  • difficulty leaving the house alone,
  • strong insecurity in unfamiliar environments.

With this test you can reflect on how strongly agoraphobia is influencing your life. Please note that this test is not a substitute for professional diagnosis.

2. Do you feel uncomfortable when you have to leave the house alone?

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
