Zest for Life Test: 15 Questions

All questions refer to the last 14 days. The answer options are scaled like a grading system — the first option counts as one point, the last as five. Choose one answer per question and click Evaluate Now at the end.

1. Do you look forward to what the future holds for you?

2. Do you enjoy changes and new experiences in your everyday life?

3. Do you enjoy trying out new technologies or tools?

4. Do you laugh often and find joy in small things?

5. Do you enjoy travelling to new places you haven't explored yet?

6. Are you easily curious and willing to try new activities?

7. Do you make use of leisure offerings or events in your area?

8. Do you enjoy supporting others rather than staying in the background?

9. Do you quickly notice when your surroundings change?

10. Can you remember important details like names or appointments well?

11. Do you regularly keep in touch with friends or acquaintances?

12. Do you feel you are still very fit and active for your age?

13. Have you recently discovered a new passion or hobby?

14. Have you met new people in the last few months whom you spend time with?

15. Do you often spend time with people who are younger than you?

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
