Burnout Test Online

Am I burned out? The burnout test, designed by a psychologist, helps you gain clarity and recognise possible signs of burnout.

This test supports you in finding out whether your stress level is healthy or whether you might be at risk of burnout.

  • Why do I feel constantly exhausted and burned out?
  • Why have I lost interest in the work I once loved?
  • Why do I find it so hard to concentrate on my tasks?
  • Why do I feel empty and distanced from others?
  • Why do I feel my work or contribution isn't valued?

Please note that this test does not replace a professional diagnosis. If you have health concerns or find the results worrying, please consult a specialist or psychotherapist.
