Depression Test Online

Do I have depression? The depression test, designed by a psychologist, helps you recognise possible signs and gain clarity.

This test supports you in finding out whether your self-doubt and feelings of sadness might go beyond what is normal.

  • Why have I lost interest in things I once loved?
  • Why can't I feel happiness anymore?
  • Why do I feel so worthless and guilty?
  • Why is it so hard for me to get up in the morning and start my day?
  • Why do I feel constantly sad and empty?

Please note that this test does not replace a professional diagnosis. If you have health concerns or find the results worrying, please consult a specialist or psychotherapist.
