Test: Am I extroverted?

Extraversion is one of the fundamental personality traits and describes how people handle social interaction and external stimuli. There is no "better" or "worse" — rather, it's about understanding and working with your own style.

Typical features of extraversion can include:

  • gaining a lot of energy from social interaction,
  • a preference for group activities and shared undertakings,
  • a tendency to express thoughts and feelings directly,
  • seeking stimulation and new experiences,
  • finding it easy to make contact with others.

Introversion and extraversion exist on a continuum — most people sit somewhere between the two poles. This test helps you better understand your position on this spectrum.
