Test: How high is my frustration tolerance?

People differ in how quickly and how intensely they react when things don't go the way they want. Some don't let problems, setbacks or defeats stop them, while others immediately lose their cool or give up in resignation.

Typical signs of low frustration tolerance can include:

  • quickly giving up when faced with obstacles,
  • intense emotional reactions to setbacks,
  • avoidance of challenging situations.

With this test you can reflect on how you handle frustration and how it affects your life. Please note that this test does not replace a professional diagnosis.
