Test: Sociability and Social Interaction

Sociability describes the ability and inclination to approach others openly and build social relationships. This trait is part of personality and can be expressed to varying degrees in different areas of life.

Typical features of sociable people are:

  • openness to new social contacts and encounters,
  • ease in conversation with strangers,
  • enjoyment of group activities and social events,
  • active interest in other people and their stories.

With this test you can assess your own sociability and learn how you act in different social situations. The test takes into account both your behaviour in familiar and in new social environments.

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
