Test: Am I being bullied at work?

Do you ask yourself: "Am I being excluded at work or at school?", "Are my performances being systematically devalued?" or "Is there a group that repeatedly bands together against me?" These questions can point to systematic bullying (mobbing).

Typical signs of bullying can include:

  • systematic social isolation and exclusion from group activities,
  • deliberate spreading of rumours or false information,
  • continuous devaluation of work or school performance,
  • withholding important information or resources.

With this test you can assess whether you are affected by bullying. Various forms of systematic hostility — both overt and subtle — are taken into account.

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
