Perfectionism Test Online

Do you feel that you constantly pressure yourself to be perfect? Our perfectionism test helps you gain clarity on whether you may be struggling with perfectionism.

Signs that may point to perfectionism:

  • I am never satisfied with what I have achieved.
  • I set the highest possible standards for myself.
  • I often feel pressured to be perfect.
  • I am afraid of making mistakes.
  • I often criticise myself for small mistakes.

This test lets you reflect on how strongly perfectionism influences your life. Please note that it does not replace a professional diagnosis.
