Test: Sleep Disorders and Sleep Quality

Do you ask yourself: "Why can't I sleep properly?", "Are my sleep problems still normal or in need of treatment?" or "How can I get my disturbed sleep rhythm back on track?" These questions matter, because healthy sleep is fundamental for our physical and mental health.

Do you recognise yourself in these situations?

  • You lie awake at night for a long time and cannot fall asleep?
  • You wake up frequently during the night and find it hard to drift back to sleep?
  • You do not feel rested despite getting enough sleep?
  • Your sleep problems affect your daily activities?

This test helps you assess whether your sleep problems have already reached a level requiring treatment and which factors may play a role.

Sleep Disorders Test: 15 Questions

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
