Test: Self-Confidence and Self-Assurance

Do you ask yourself: "How self-confident am I really?", "Why do I feel insecure in certain situations?" or "How can I strengthen my self-assurance?" These questions trouble many people, because healthy self-confidence is essential for our well-being and success.

Do you recognise yourself in these situations?

  • You often doubt your abilities and decisions?
  • You often compare yourself with others and feel inferior?
  • You find it hard to defend your opinion in front of others?
  • You avoid being in the spotlight or drawing attention to yourself?

This test helps you assess where you stand and which areas of self-confidence you could strengthen.

Self-Confidence Test: 15 Questions

All questions refer to the last 14 days. The answer options are scaled like a grading system — the first option counts as one point, the last as five. Choose one answer per question and click Evaluate Now at the end.

2. Can you handle criticism well, without feeling attacked?

3. Are you proud of your achievements, even when others do not notice them?

4. Do you trust yourself to take on new challenges, even when you are unsure if you can manage them?

5. Do you feel that you know your own strengths and weaknesses well?

6. Can you accept compliments without dismissing or downplaying them?

7. Do you stand up for your own needs, even when it is uncomfortable?

8. Do you believe that your opinion is just as valuable as anyone else's?

9. Can you make mistakes without dwelling on them for long?

13. Do you feel at ease in your own skin, regardless of external circumstances or opinions?

14. Are you able to take responsibility for your decisions, without fearing mistakes?

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
