Test: Self-Worth and Inner Value

Do you ask yourself: "How strong is my sense of self-worth?", "Why do I sometimes feel worthless?" or "How can I develop a more stable sense of self-worth?" These questions matter to many people, because healthy self-worth is fundamental for mental health and life satisfaction.

Do you recognise yourself in these situations?

  • You often feel inferior compared to others?
  • You find it hard to accept compliments?
  • You often doubt your own value as a person?
  • You make your sense of worth dependent on achievement or the recognition of others?

This test helps you assess where your sense of self-worth stands and which areas you might want to strengthen.
