Workaholic Test Online

Am I addicted to work, or is my workload still normal? The workaholic test by a psychologist helps you gain clarity and recognise the warning signs early.

This test can help you understand your relationship with work and decide whether your workload is a healthy part of your life.

  • How does a workaholic think?
  • When is work addiction a real problem?
  • Why do I work so much?
  • How many hours a day are still healthy?
  • How do I notice that I am working too much?

Please note that this test does not replace a professional diagnosis. If you have health concerns, please consult a specialist or therapist.
