Test: Life Satisfaction and Well-Being

Do you ask yourself: "Am I really satisfied with my life?", "What is missing for me to be happy?" or "How can I increase my life satisfaction?" These questions matter for our psychological well-being and personal growth.

Do you recognise yourself in these situations?

  • You often doubt your life decisions?
  • You feel you are not living up to your full potential?
  • You often compare yourself with others and feel dissatisfied?
  • You miss a deeper sense of meaning in your life?

This test helps you assess how satisfied you are in different areas of life and where there is room for growth.
