Right of Withdrawal (for calendar bookings)

The client has the right to withdraw, within fourteen days and without giving any reasons, from any calendar bookings that have already been paid for in advance. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of payment. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to pfoertner.p@protonmail.com. Alternatively, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous, informal written statement by post to:

The date of the postmark is decisive for the observance of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal:

Following the withdrawal of bookings already paid for, Mr Pförtner will reimburse all payments made by the client that have not been used for services rendered. Only payments for sessions not yet delivered are refundable. Services already rendered within the withdrawal period cannot be refunded. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used for the refund. Any transaction fees incurred shall be borne by the client.
