Why a workshop?
Learn alongside others, grow for yourself.
There are moments when a book isn't enough and a single conversation fades too quickly. A workshop lives between the two: space, time and a small group walking alongside you.
In my workshops you combine psychological insight with concrete everyday strategies. In Designing a thriving partnership, couples practise what really carries their relationship. In Compassionate Communication you learn to speak clearly and without blame. The PMR course shows you how to come back to physical calm when your mind won't stop spinning.
For the self-employed I offer Self-employed and self-spent, a space for pressure, perfectionism and healthy boundaries. And for colleagues in counselling there is the workshop in which I share how to build your own online practice — location-independent and psychologically grounded.
"A small group isn't a compromise — it's the condition for real change to find room."
Depth grows when you take time
Anyone who has joined a retreat like our three-day stay at Hotel Starosel amid the Bulgarian vineyards knows: the shared experience, the pauses, the conversations between sessions are often what you still remember months later. I aim for that same depth in the online workshops, too — with small groups and enough time for each topic to truly land.
Practise, not just read
Workshops aren't therapy and they aren't a book. They are practice in community. What you take home are tools, language, new experiences — and often connections with people working on something similar at the same time.
