Relationship Test Online

Have you ever asked yourself how truly satisfied you are with your partnership? This test helps you discover how happy you are in your relationship.

Important questions many people in a partnership ask themselves:

  • Do I feel respected and valued in my relationship?
  • Am I happy with the way my partner and I communicate?
  • Do I feel emotionally fulfilled in my relationship?
  • Am I satisfied with the intimacy and affection in our relationship?
  • Am I satisfied with the balance of giving and taking in our relationship?

This test lets you reflect on the state of your partnership. Please note that it does not replace a professional diagnosis.

Relationship Test Test: 15 Questions

All questions refer to the last 14 days. The answer options are scaled like a grading system — the first option counts as one point, the last as five. Choose one answer per question and click Evaluate Now at the end.

1. Have conversations in which you can openly talk about everything decreased recently?

2. Do you feel that you are respected and valued less often in your relationship?

3. Do you feel hardly supported, secure, or able to find peace in your relationship?

4. Has your self-esteem worsened since the relationship began?

5. Do you feel strong guilt when you think about your relationship?

6. Do you find it difficult to understand what your partner says?

7. Do you feel that your partner often does not understand you?

8. Do arguments in your relationship escalate frequently?

9. Do you often feel unfairly criticised by your partner?

10. Have you lost interest in your sexuality?

11. Do you feel uncomfortable being in the same room as your partner?

12. Do you no longer feel emotionally fulfilled in your relationship?

13. Do you perceive the distribution of tasks such as work, children, or household as unfair?

14. Do you and your partner rarely do anything together anymore?

15. Are you dissatisfied with how you and your partner plan your future and set goals?

This online screening is not a diagnostic tool. Only a trained medical professional — such as a doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist — can advise you on the next steps.
