Test: Do You Need Psychological Support?

Do you ask yourself: "Am I still doing well emotionally?", "Should I seek professional help?" or "How do I know when my burden is becoming too heavy?" These questions are very common, and there is no shame in considering whether psychological support could be useful right now.

Signs that psychological support may be helpful:

  • You feel emotionally drained or overwhelmed for an extended period.
  • You experience physical symptoms without a medical cause.
  • You feel restricted in your daily life by your feelings.
  • You notice that you cannot manage your challenges on your own anymore.

This test helps you assess whether psychological support could be a meaningful next step for you.
